After consulting with Swiss researcher DrThomas Hertach, an expert on Homoptera, we had confirmation of this interesting species, which would seem well represented within the entire Forest area. This discovery would represent an important element as a trait of union between two metapopulations of the species, the Apennine and the Dalmatian one (see attached map Hertach et al. Modified). That of Bosco Fontana most likely represents an isolated relict population, and therefore at high risk of extinction.
