In order to protect freshly planted tree seedlings from deer nibbling, we decided to protect them. We secured the trees in two ways. First of all, with the help of a brush, all the planted cuttings were painted with a preparation to protect them from being bitten by animals (in the form of white paint). Secondly, we have attached openwork spiral covers to the taller trees, which are designed to protect them from being bitten, and at the same time to protect the trees from wind and frost.
We have taken all these actions because we feel responsible for the plantings and we want them to survive as long as possible, especially since our project is about to end.
